At Glad Tidings Community Church, we believe baptism is a beautiful and important step in your faith journey. The Bible teaches us in Acts 2:38 to “repent and be baptized… in the name of Jesus Christ,” and we take that seriously—but we also celebrate it with joy! Baptism is a way to publicly say, “I’ve decided to follow Jesus,” and we encourage anyone who hasn’t been baptized as an adult (or at an age where you fully understood what you were doing) to take that step. We hold baptisms twice a year, and before each one, we host a casual meeting to go over what baptism means, how the day will go, and answer any questions you might have.
